By accessing our site, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. Managed from our headquarters at 7F Bangunan Lee Rubber in Kuala Lumpur, TabeloXJ operates under the laws of Malaysia. If you do not agree to these terms, we respectfully ask that you refrain from using our ecosystem-building tools.
2. Neighborhood Interaction Ethics
TabeloXJ is built on the foundation of local empowerment and collaboration. We expect all participants to engage with transparency and respect. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Misrepresenting your startup's neighborhood footprint or verification status.
- Attempting to circumvent our local verification standards protocol.
- Using the platform for any activities related to regulated speculative markets or high-risk arbitrage.
- Scraping local ecosystem data for unauthorized commercial reuse.
Facilitating real-world progress across Malaysian districts.
3. Proprietary Ecosystem Data
The methodologies, strategic neighborhood models, and ecosystem mapping algorithms used by TabeloXJ are the exclusive property of our agency. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and interact with these materials for personal or internal organizational growth.
Reproduction of our Ecosystem Model or its derivative applications without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and governed by Malaysian Intellectual Property Laws.
4. Limitations and Fair Expectations
TabeloXJ provides tools for collaboration and data-driven insight. We do not provide specialized legal, tax, or professional advisory services.
